Orders placed at shopHC1.com are made-to-order and are not refundable, however, Tactive strives to provide you with high quality goods that are free of defects and errors. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Tactive at 317.833.7000 or email weborders@tactive.cc. Please call within 2-days of receiving your order. Merchandise that shows signs of wear or washing will not be accepted, with exceptions being made for the quality of garment itself.
